Weekend Crew
The QBR Weekend Crew Program is a group based, high-intensity training program for Quarterbacks of all levels. Every Saturday and Sunday morning, either on the filed, or on the beach, this program is designed with a few focal points in mind:
Physical Development - Dropbacks, Footwork, Throwing Mechanics, Disassociation, On-Platform, Off-Platform... You name it, we work it.
Mental Development - How well we can spin it, means nothing, if we aren't able to read a defense, get through a progression, or overcome adversity. We apply game-like situations to every on field drill we do to ensure each QB can conceptualize what it will look like on game day.
Leadership Development- This is what separates the best, from the rest. We feel that, contrary to popular belief, leadership can be learned and developed. We're here to show you how.
Tribe - We are a product of the environments that surround us. By training alongside elite Quarterbacks, we will begin to carry ourselves and perform like one.

Our private training sessions allow us to dive deeper into your individual needs. Our team will first assess where you are currently at, put together a focused game plan, based on your timetable, and help you execute this game plan as you prepare for your season.
